600 youth on Anti Drug Awareness inter organizational

WALKATHON on September 25

Heeding to the call of most Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha Bishop of

Mangalore, an inter-Organizational Anti Drug WALKATHON Was

Organized by CODP/Bandhavya, Paduva College of commerce and

Management,White Doves and Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh®.

The above Organizers along with Collaborators like Roshni Nilaya

School of Social work, St. Agnes College marched 2km WALKATHON

from Padua /CODP Campus Nanthoor, to Bendur church campus.

The program was concluded with awareness talk on NDPS Act by

Karnataka Lokayuktha police Dakshina kannada SP C.a Simon. Dr

Rohan Spoke on side effects of Drugs. Rev. Fr Vincent Monteiro deliverd

the presidential address asking youth to be useful and powerful

youngsters of young India. program was compered by Mr Roshan

Lecturer of Padua college nanthoor. Fr Vincent Dsouza Director of

CODP welcomed the gathering. Fr. Arun Lobo Principal of the college

proposed vote of thanks. Refreshments to 600 youth was served at

4:30pm
