A coordinators from Joy for Kids agency from Belgium Viz Ms Danielle De Clercq, Ms Lieselot Baisino and Ms Jorinde Mergan visited CODP on 24.01.2024. On their arrival at 2.30 PM, they were welcomed by Fr Vincent Dsouza, Director with a bouquet of flowers. The Programme organized in Mother Theresa hall. Mrs Dorice Fernandes, the Compere of the day then welcomed the guests. Ms. Ninisha Monteiro performed welcome dance and song.
On their earlier request eighty nine students getting sponsorship from Joy for Kids were called for an interaction with them. The coordinators from Joy for Kids spoke to children and enquired about their studies, details about the course they have taken and what they intend doing after completion of their studies etc.
Fr Vincent Dsouza introduced the all the staffs working in CODP for CSP. He told the coordinator that the CODP staff was happy to work with them and they had no problems as the replies were very prompt and to the point from their side. They said that on their part had no complaints and they are very happy about the work handled by CODP CSP.
They made a query form CSP Coordinator CODP about sending of the Accounts sheet to Joy for Kids.
They also enquired about a beneficiary Ms. Ninisha Monteiro who won many prizes in various competitions.
After this a tea session was arranged for the guest and the students. Photos were taken with CODP of staff and students with coordinators of Joy for Kids Before leaving the visitor’s book was signed by them with their comments and a big thank you was expressed for the hospitality given to them. They left CODP at around 4.15 PM.
The visit was successful as they left happily content and with a big smile.
