Date 09/10/2025, The CODP Mangalore, in collaboration with
Bangalore Class Institute, organized a two-day training
session on free legal services for women under the Women
Empowerment Scheme. Father Lawrence, Co-Director of the
Institute, inaugurated the program. The chief guest, Mrs.
Jayashree, President of Samriddhi Women’s District level
Federation, along with resource persons Mrs. Harshitha MV
Counsellor, Mrs. Savita, Mrs. Ashwini from Free Legal
Authority Mangalore, and Mrs. Priya from Sakhi One Center
Mangalore, addressed the gathering. Fifty women from
Udupi, Puttur, and Belthangady participated in the program.
Supriya, Coordinator of the Women Empowerment Project
moderated the event, while Animator Vani delivered the
welcome address, and Animator Anthony proposed the vote
of thanks.”
