CODP Annual General Body Meeting 2024

CODP Annual General Body Meet held on 19.08.2024 at 3.30 p.m. at CODP Mangaluru – 575 004

The Agenda:

1. To read and record the proceedings of the meeting of the General Body of CODP held on 03.08.2023.
2. To consider and adopt the Report of the working of the Organization for the year 2023-24
3. To consider and adopt the Audited Statement of Account for the year 2023-24
4. To elect the office bearers and other members of the Governing Board for the year 2024-25
5. To appoint an Auditor for the year 2024-25
6. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair

The meet commenced at 3.35 p.m. with a prayer led by Bishop Most Rev. Dr. Peter Paul Saldanha and Secretary Fr Vincent Dsouza welcomed all the members to the meet.   

Sr Eveleen Benis, Treasurer expressed her gratitude to the President, Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha; the Vice President, Msgr Maxim Noronha, the Governing Board Directors & Members for their constant guidance and cooperation throughout the past year.  She also appreciated the staff of CODP for their dedication and hard work. Since there was no other matter for discussion, the meet came to a close at 5.15 p.m.
