Yet Classes for students of 8th, 9th and 10th Stds

Youth Empowerment Training classes were conducted on 15^th November 2019 at CODP for 8, 9^th and 10^th students. The program started with a prayer and welcome speech by Rev. Fr Francis Xavier Gomes, former Principal of Puttur College. Thereafter Rev. Fr Oswald Montiero, Director of CODP, introduced the Chief Guest Mr.Cyprian Monteiro, DDPI,  to the students.

Mr Cyprian spoke about his experience in the Civil Service which motivated the students to accomplish their dream to work for the public. Then Mr Frances Dcunha, Head Master of Padua School, addressed the students with a motivational talk to inspire them to work in civil service field to serve the public.

After the stage program, classes were conducted for the students. For the students of 8^th and 9^th stds, MsSheryl Prabhu took the class on the subject of History and Ms Sharmila took the class on Physics.  For students of 10^th, Ms Zeena Mendonca took the class on Economics and Fr Edwin Pinto took up GMAT.

In all, 70 students (35 boys and 35 girls) were present for the YET classes.
